Who we work with

Founders with an idea. Businesses with a bottleneck.

Two kinds of work, one team.

You have an idea

We help you decide what to build first, build that, and get it in front of real customers.

See what it costs

You have outgrown the spreadsheet

Orders tracked by hand, systems that do not talk, an app nobody can update. We fix it in small releases.

What we take on

It is yours from day one

The code, the servers and the app store accounts are in your name. You are never stuck with us.

How we work together

Services

What people ask us to build.

01

First versions (MVPs)

Sign-up, payments, an admin area, and the one thing that makes your idea worth using. Built to launch, not to demo.

02

Web apps and portals

Booking systems, marketplaces, dashboards and internal tools that replace spreadsheets and paperwork.

03

Mobile apps

iPhone and Android apps sharing the same information as your website, published under your own accounts.

04

AI features for customers

Assistants, document reading and smarter search, with usage limits and a monthly cost you approve first.

05

Connecting your systems

Payments, delivery, accounting and government portals talking to each other, instead of your staff retyping.

06

Rescue and ongoing care

Inherited an app nobody can update? We make it safe to change, then improve it step by step.

The difference

From five places to one.

Most of our work starts the same way: a business held together by phone calls, chat threads and a spreadsheet somebody has to keep current. This is what changes.

How we work

AI does the heavy lifting. People make the calls.

We use AI to draft the repetitive parts, check every change and write tests. A named engineer still approves everything that reaches your customers.

Agreed in writingYou know which tools we use, and how your data is handled, before day one.
A person always approvesAI suggests and flags. Only your named engineer approves.
The saving goes into the buildLess time on routine work, more on the parts customers notice.

Where AI helps

  • Drafting the routine parts every app needs
  • Checking every change for mistakes
  • Writing the tests that catch problems later
  • Reading documents into usable information

Where people decide

  • What gets built first, and what gets cut
  • Anything touching money or customer data
  • The final approval before customers see it
  • How the product should feel to use

How it goes

Five stages, and you can stop after any of them.

Every stage ends with something you own. Timelines are agreed per project, in writing.

The build is most of it and care has no end date. Proportions are typical, not a promise.

01

Scoping call

Free · 45 min

What it needs to do, who it is for, what it is worth.

02

Plan and quote

About a week

A plain-English plan, a fixed price, agreed dates.

03

Two-week sprints

Something working to click through, on a private link.

04

Launch

Release

Testing, store submission, and a careful rollout.

05

Care

Ongoing

We keep it running, or hand it over with documentation.

Rough cost

What would your app cost?

Pick what it needs to do and you get a ballpark straight away. No email, no form, no waiting for someone to call you back.

1. What are you building?
2. What does it need to do?

Accounts, login and a database come with every build, so they are already counted.

What it costs

Three ways to work together.

Every number comes from the scoping call, in writing, tied to a scope you approved. The estimator above gets you close before you ever speak to us.

New Founding client rate: 15% off our first three fixed-price projects.

The smallest project we take on is $8,000 USD, about A$11,300. Below that a good freelancer will serve you better, and we will say so rather than take the work.

Care plan Quoted after the free scoping call A monthly retainer

For an app that is already live and needs to stay that way.

  • Monitoring and daily backups
  • Security and software updates
  • Agreed response times
  • Hours set aside for small changes
Ask about care

For Australian clients: local agencies commonly quote A$40,000 and up for a first version, and A$120 to A$260 an hour for senior work. We are a fraction of that, two hours behind Sydney, and the code is in your accounts either way.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

It depends on what the app has to do, which is why the estimator above exists and the scoping call is free. Most first versions land between $9,500 and $25,000 USD, roughly A$13,000 to A$35,000, with a fixed quote and dates agreed in writing before we start. We do not take on builds under $8,000.

Are there setup fees or hidden costs?

No setup fee. The quote covers the build. What sits outside it is anything billed directly to you by someone else: hosting, domain, SMS credits, app store fees and any paid service your app uses. We list those with rough monthly figures in the scope document so there are no surprises.

I am not technical. Will I understand what is going on?

Yes. Updates are in plain English, and every two weeks you get a private link to click through the real thing. When a decision needs your input, we explain it in terms of cost, time and what customers will notice.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Payments are tied to finished stages, so you are never far ahead of what has been delivered. If a stage is not right we fix it before invoicing it. If you want to stop, you stop: everything built so far is already in your accounts and stays yours.

Do you use AI to build our app?

Yes, as a tool: drafting routine parts, writing tests, and checking changes before a person reviews them. A named engineer approves everything that reaches your customers. We confirm the tools and data settings with you before we start.

Who owns the app and the accounts?

You do, from day one. The code, servers, domain and app store accounts are set up in your name and we work inside them. Nothing needs handing over if we part ways.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, and before the scoping call rather than after. Send yours over or ask us and we will send ours.

We are in Australia. Does that work?

Well, actually. We are GMT+8, two to three hours behind the east coast, so we share most of your working day rather than catching the end of it. We invoice in AUD or USD. As an overseas supplier we do not add Australian GST to our invoices; your accountant will confirm how that sits for your business.

You are in the Philippines. How does that work for us?

We are GMT+8, which is a full shared working day with Australia and Singapore. Further west, in Europe or the Americas, we run the project in writing instead: an update you can read when you start your day, a private link to click through every two weeks, and calls scheduled rather than assumed. Either way you get an answer within one business day.

Working with us

Six things we put in writing.

Hiring a studio you found online takes trust. These are the parts we commit to in the contract, so you are not relying on how friendly the website sounds.

A written scope before anything is built

You approve a plain-English document that says exactly what you are getting. The price does not move unless you change what you asked for.

You pay per stage, not up front

Payments are tied to finished stages. Stop after any of them and you keep everything built so far, running, in your own accounts.

Everything is in your name from day one

Your GitHub, your servers, your domain, your App Store and Play accounts. We work inside them as contributors, so nothing needs handing back.

An NDA before you tell us the idea

Send yours and we will sign it, or ask and we will send ours. Either way it happens before the scoping call, not after.

You know who is building it

One named engineer leads your project and joins your calls. No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.

A reply within one business day

Wherever you are, you get an answer within one business day and decisions in writing, so nothing waits on a time zone. If we are not the right fit, we will say so instead of going quiet.

Let's talk

Tell us what you want to build.

Forty-five minutes with the people who would do the work. You leave with a rough shape, a rough cost, and an honest answer about whether we are the right team for it.

  • We reply within one business day, wherever you are
  • Happy to sign an NDA before you share details
  • No obligation, and no sales call afterwards

We use your details to reply to this enquiry and nothing else. See our privacy policy.
