How we approach it
We map where information is typed in twice today and connect the costliest gap first. Each connection is built to cope with the other system being slow or down: it retries, it records what happened, and it tells someone when it needs a person.
Where a system has no API, we look at file exports, scheduled imports or the provider’s partner programme, and tell you plainly when a connection is not worth building.
What it costs
Integration work is quoted per project after the scoping call, from our $3,000 USD minimum. A connection inside a larger build is priced as part of it. Fees the other services charge, for API access or extra seats, are billed to you directly and listed in the plan.

Can you connect a system that has no API?
Often, through file exports, scheduled imports or the provider’s partner programme. When none of those is reliable enough, we say so rather than build something that breaks every month.
What happens when a connected service changes its API?
Providers usually announce changes months ahead. On a care plan we keep up with them; without one, we quote the update when the notice arrives.
Can you build an API for our own product?
Yes: documented, versioned, and with access keys you control, so partners and your own apps can use your data safely.
