Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026. The short version: this site collects nothing at all until you choose to send us a message.
What this site does not do
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising or tracking pixels. No embedded video, chat widget or social button. The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading a page here does not tell any other company that you visited.
Reading this site is anonymous as far as we are concerned. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What we collect, and only if you send it
The enquiry form has six fields, and we receive exactly those:
- Your name and email address, so we can reply.
- Company name, which is optional.
- The budget range you pick from the list.
- Your message.
- Your estimator selections, if you used the cost estimator and pressed "send this to us", so we can see the shape of what you have in mind.
There is a seventh, hidden field that real people never fill in. It exists to catch automated spam and is discarded.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the time of the request. Those exist so the site stays up and so abuse can be blocked. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Who sees your enquiry
The people at InvokerLabs who handle enquiries, and the services that carry the message to us: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the form handler, and our messaging or email provider. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, rent them, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Our basis for holding any of it is straightforward: you asked us to get in touch. If you change your mind, say so and it goes.
Where your information is
We are based in the Philippines, so your enquiry is received, read and stored here rather than in your own country. The Philippines is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, which means that if you write to us from the EU or the UK, your message leaves that protection when you send it. For an enquiry, where you choose what to tell us, that is usually fine. Before we handle any personal data belonging to your customers, we will agree a written data processing agreement with you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted within twelve months. If we work together, project records are kept while the engagement runs and then for as long as our accountants and the relevant tax rules require.
Your rights
Email hello@invokerlabs.dev and you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will action any of those within thirty days and we will not ask you why.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you also have the right to object to processing, to receive a copy of your data in a portable form, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission if you think we have handled your information badly. If you are in the EU or the UK, you have the equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your own country's data protection authority.
Before you tell us anything sensitive
Ask for an NDA and we will sign one before the scoping call rather than after. Please do not put passwords, card numbers or other credentials in the enquiry form; we will never ask for them by email.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no archive of old versions, so the page you are reading is the current one.
