Custom web app development
Booking systems, customer portals, marketplaces, dashboards and internal tools, built to replace the spreadsheets, inboxes and paperwork your team works around today.
- Typical first release, in USD
- $4.5k to $7k
- From signed plan to launch
- 6 to 9 weeks
- Something new to click through
- Every 2 weeks
What we build
- Booking and scheduling systems, with payments and reminders
- Customer and supplier portals, so people serve themselves instead of emailing
- Marketplaces that match two sides and take a fee
- Internal tools and dashboards that replace shared spreadsheets
- Quoting, ordering and job-tracking systems
- Admin areas for an app or website you already have
Signs you have outgrown the spreadsheet
The same information typed into three places. Orders tracked in a shared sheet only one person understands. Customers emailing to ask where things are up to. A system that works until the person who set it up goes on holiday.
We start with the step that costs you the most time, replace that first, and build out from there in small releases. Your team is never asked to switch everything over in one weekend.
How it is built
We build on Laravel with Vue or Nuxt, MySQL, and Filament for admin areas, hosted on Laravel Cloud, DigitalOcean, AWS or Cloudflare in your own account. These are mature, widely used tools, so any competent team can pick up the code after us.
Accounts, login and a database come with every build, with separate access for your staff and your customers.
What it costs
A first release usually costs $4,500 to $7,000 USD and takes 6 to 9 weeks. Online payments, an admin dashboard, email and SMS alerts, and reports and exports each add a known amount; the estimator on our home page shows how much. Larger systems are built in stages, each with its own fixed price.
Every project runs the same way: a free scoping call, a written plan and fixed quote, two-week sprints, launch, then care. See how it goes.
Questions
Custom web app development: common questions.
How much does a custom web app cost?
A first release usually costs $4,500 to $7,000 USD, and more with payments, reporting or connections to other systems. Larger systems are split into stages, each priced and approved before it starts, so you never sign up for the whole thing blind.
Should we build custom software or buy an off-the-shelf product?
Buy if a product does nearly everything you need and the rest does not matter. Build when the way you work is your advantage, when you pay for five tools that do not talk to each other, or when per-seat fees grow faster than your team. If an existing product would serve you better, we say so on the scoping call.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
Yes. Most web apps we build connect to something already in place: accounting, payments, a CRM, email or a government portal. Each connection is listed and priced in the plan.
Who hosts it?
You do, in your own account with a provider we agree on together. We set it up and can look after it on a care plan, but the bills and the access are in your name.

Often built alongside.
First versions (MVPs)
Sign-up, payments, an admin area, and the one thing that makes your idea worth using. Built to launch, not to demo.
Connecting your systems
Payments, delivery, accounting and government portals talking to each other, instead of your staff retyping.
Rescue and ongoing care
Inherited an app nobody can update? We make it safe to change, then improve it step by step.
