These terms apply to browsing this site and sending an enquiry through it. Any work we do for you runs under a separate written agreement that we both sign before the work starts. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins, every time.

Nothing here is an offer

The figures on this site are indicative ranges in USD. That includes the pricing section, the cost estimator and the ranges in the FAQ. They are there so you can judge whether we are in your budget before spending time on a call.

A quote is a fixed figure for a scope we have written down and you have approved, given in writing after a scoping call. Until that exists, no number on this site binds either of us. We also do not take on projects under $8,000 USD.

Timelines

Any duration mentioned here, including the week ranges in the estimator, describes how projects have typically run. It is not a commitment. Dates become commitments only when they appear in a signed scope document.

What you send us

Your idea stays yours. We treat what you send through the form as confidential, and we will sign an NDA on request before you share the details. Please do not send us anything you are not free to share, such as material covered by someone else's confidentiality agreement.

What is on the site

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and we are not liable for decisions taken purely on the basis of what it says. Talk to us before committing to anything.

The name InvokerLabs, the wording, the design and the logo belong to us. Technology names and logos shown in the stack belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe what we build with. Their presence is not a claim of endorsement or partnership.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site is available without interruption. It may be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and nothing here creates an obligation to keep it running.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, where we are based. If you engage us, the governing law for the work is whatever your signed agreement says, which is a point worth settling before you sign.
